Clients are at the centre of everything we do. Due to our ongoing development, we are seeking a strong Senior Administrator to support our clients and lead a busy portfolio of licensed gaming companies.

About the Role

As Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class client services to our gaming clients. No prior knowledge of the gaming industry is required as the focus of the role is to proactively contribute to the efficient management of our gaming portfolio from an FSA perspective.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior individual with strong client relationship skills. Your duties will include:

  • Owning client relationships fully, supported by technical gambling compliance, operational and accounting teams to ensure best-in-class service is delivered to clients in full compliance with the FSA handbook and all other relevant regulation
  • Applying excellent company management and proven client relationship skills in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Having responsibility for the preparation and holding of a quarterly board meeting to evidence proper management and control of each of your licensed operators
  • Working across functions with peers across the wider Group to ensure collaboration for shared goals
  • Actively developing and building your client relationships, visiting key clients within your portfolio each quarter.

 

About You

 

You will be a diligent individual with excellent client management skills. You will be hyper-focused on driving positive results in respect of client service, operational efficiency and risk management over both the short and long term.

The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing client companies from an FSA perspective
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build strong professional relationships with your colleagues to capture risk and enhance controls
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your busy portfolio including complex and demanding task flows and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to consistently deliver
  • Experience of delivering strategic priorities with strict timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships
  • An excellent understanding of compliance, risk and governance, statutory matters and banking.
