Clients are at the centre of everything we do. Due to our ongoing development, we are seeking a strong Administrator or Senior Administrator to support our clients and manage a portfolio of companies.

 

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class client services to our clients. No prior knowledge of the gaming industry is required as the focus of the role is to proactively contribute to the efficient management of our client portfolio.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Taking the reins in managing your client portfolio, from handling payments and bank accounts to organising board meetings
  • Be the ultimate champion of our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met
  • Work hand-in-hand with our specialist teams to deliver best-in-class service that wows our clients, all while ensuring these are compliant with relevant regulations
  • Harnessing exceptional company management and client relationship skills within the interesting and fast-paced gaming industry
  • Actively nurture and build client relationships with every interaction

 

About You

 

You will be a diligent, proactive individual with proven client management skills. Your primary focus will be on driving positive results in client service, operational efficiency and risk management. While prior experience in a CSP, banking, or company secretarial setting is advantageous, it's not mandatory, as full training and support will be provided. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • A proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships
  • Thrives in collaborative environments , fostering teamwork with colleagues
  • Master of organisation, adept at managing and prioritising tasks efficiently
  • Experience of delivering outstanding client service in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner, able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
  • You’ve got a good understanding of compliance and risk and use this to keep clients happy
