Amber Gaming Appoints Director of Gaming Services

Amber Gaming has appointed Caroline Maddrell as Director of Gaming Services to spearhead ongoing compliance strategy.

Caroline has been appointed to the Amber Gaming board to drive and strengthen its compliance and monitoring program for clients. In her new role Caroline will oversee Amber Gaming’s Licensing, AML/ CFT and Consultancy services, ensuring areas of risk within products and services are monitored effectively and pragmatically through the development of robust compliance policies and frameworks and driving best practice to further bolster reliability of service.

Prior to joining Amber Gaming, Caroline worked for a renowned NASDAQ listed gaming company where she held department head roles in corporate integrity and more latterly risk and compliance which saw her lead on high profile risk management projects and post M&A integrations.

With over 15 years’ experience in the gaming industry, Caroline qualified as a chartered accountant where she audited a portfolio of gaming clients at a Big Four accountancy firm in her former years and went on to pursue her interest in compliance by attaining qualifications, including International Compliance Association diplomas in Compliance & Risk and Financial Crime Prevention, Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing, as well as an advanced diploma in International Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.
