With the MGA stipulating a mandatory requirement to obtain a minimum of 10 hours CPD training for key function holders (“KFH”), we have developed a suite of CPD accredited training workshops specifically designed to help your key persons fulfil their regulatory obligations.

Key Function Training

Our interactive workshop is delivered by industry experts and is designed to strengthen the understanding of the regulatory landscape and outline the role of Key Function Holders in the licensing framework. 

This is a 3 hour workshop, covering key topics such as managing reportable events, assessing the interactions between Key Function Holders and the Board, remaining compliant and monitoring change.

Anti Money Laundering and Safer Gambling Executive

During this interactive workshop, attendees will improve their essential knowledge on current gaming market trends, compliance committee and strategy, communication, oversight and reporting all from an AML and SG perspective.

This is a 2.5 hour workshop, focusing on current market trends, compliance strategies, horizon scanning, process and procedures and case studies among other key topics.

General Data Protection Regulation

This is an interactive workshop-based training session for key function holders working for businesses holding a licence with the Malta Gaming Authority. This workshop is intended to improve understanding of the elementary data protection principles, highlight the role of the data protection officer, practical guidance and much more.

This is a 2 hour workshop, focusing on data protection principles, data breach mitigation, regulator guidance and case studies among other key topics.
