Lee-Ann is one of our Senior Compliance Managers within the Regulatory Compliance team and she primarily works with our international clients to project manage licence application submissions across multiple jurisdictions. Lee-Ann is responsible for helping operators to navigate the regulatory landscape and she assists them in developing and implementing robust systems and processes to help them comply with their various licence requirements. Lee-Ann graduated from Durham University with a degree in Mandarin and Business Management and she has over ten years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry. She also attained the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Financial Planning and became a member of the International Compliance Association in 2020, having completed the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
