Karen is one of our Directors and is responsible for our client service and governance. She has been part of our organisation for over 25 years, servicing corporate and private clients from an international client base. During this time, she has layered knowledge of gaming licensing regimes over her understanding of corporate tax, regulation, and legal structuring. Karen also has a strong foundation of knowledge and practical experience of managing a number of operators licensed in various jurisdictions and offering a variety of products to ensure full regulatory compliance to relevant gaming legislation.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology issued by the University of Plymouth and a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth as well as an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
In her spare time, she is happiest in a pair of wellies tending to her assorted chickens, ducks, geese, sheep and cats.
