Karen Yates

Karen is one of our Directors and is the Head of our Corporate Governance department. Karen has been part of our organisation for over twenty years, servicing corporate and private clients from an international client base. During this time, she has layered knowledge of gaming licensing regimes over her understanding of corporate tax, regulation, and legal structuring. Karen also has a strong foundation of knowledge and practical experience of managing a number of operators licensed in various jurisdictions and offering a variety of products to ensure full regulatory compliance to relevant gaming legislation. Karen is approved as ‘Key Staff’ with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, and the Jersey Gambling Commission. She holds a Personal Management Licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission, a Diploma in Personnel Management and an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.

In her spare time, Karen looks after 150 rare breed chickens, 11 cats and assorted ducks, geese and sheep.
