Matthew is part of our Corporate Governance team and is responsible for assisting clients across multiple jurisdictions with a range of statutory, secretarial, regulatory and compliance matters. Matthew has previously worked in compliance and risk-based roles in respected banks, corporate services providers and sports betting operators, and he uses his background to provide a diligent, professional service to a wide portfolio of our clients and stakeholders.
