Kim joined as Project Manager in July 2020, and is responsible for planning, facilitating and overseeing the completion of specific projects within the company. A core part of her role is collaborating with subject matter experts, colleagues, teams as well as third parties to ensure expectations are clearly understood and projects strategically managed until all objectives met.
Kim has acquired an assemblage of knowledge, skills and experience working in similar types of roles, supporting different business models within several industry sectors some of which include Financial Services, Hotel Management, Human Resources and others. A few of her key strengths comprise of relationship management, data analytics and the ability to streamline systems, processes and procedures to help ensure efficiencies across operating functions are carefully reviewed and enhanced where needed.
During her career, Kim has been exposed to both working and living abroad. This experience has given her a well-balanced understanding of how to work alongside and best to support people from diverse cultures/industries.
