Which Isle of Man licence is right for you?

The Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission offers the following licence types. The following fees came into effect on 6 July 2023.

  • B2C offering under a standard OGRA licence
    There is one licence type which covers all types of B2C activity such as casino, sports betting, lottery, pari-mutuel etc. There is a £5,250 application fee and annual fee of £36,750 per annum thereafter, payable to IOM Government;
  • B2B offering under a Software Supplier licence. 
    Although it is not mandatory to hold a licence to provide software in the Isle of Man, the GSC offers the Software Supplier Licence for those wishing to provide games content or gambling software to third party operators on a B2B basis. For this licence, there is a £5,250 application fee and annual fee of £36,750 per annum thereafter, payable to IOM Government; and
  • B2C and B2B operations (platform provision under a Network Services Licence). The Network Services Licence permits all activity noted above for both the B2C and B2B activity but also permits the licensee to accept foreign registered players to their local infrastructure and servers without the need for re-registration. £5,250 application fee and annual fee of £52,500 per annum thereafter, payable to IOM Government.
