Do you live and breathe digital marketing? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution with a core focus on the generation of new business leads.

Working with our Business Development team, you will have commercial responsibility for delivery of a lead pipeline and improving the lifetime value of existing customers. You will create, implement and execute digital marketing campaigns and a content marketing strategy, with a focus on optimising knowledge and awareness of our brand in the international marketplace to drive new business leads. You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Evaluate our end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and touchpoints and identify opportunities to optimise user journeys;
  • Devise a marketing strategy for our digital assets and roadmap for delivery;
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these learnings;
  • Utilise our HubSpot CRM system to its full potential in optimising the user experience and effectively communicating with our client and intermediary networks;
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence to increased brand and product exposure, including copywriting for email, social media and LinkedIn channels;
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests;
  • Act as a key business touchpoint across our business development, legal, marketing and operational teams;
  • Measure, assess and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to provide key insights and takeaways; and
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership to stakeholders for adoption and implementation where appropriate.

You will have proven working experience in multi-channel digital marketing with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Degree/qualification in marketing or a related field;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools, with experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns;
  • Have a good working knowledge of LinkedIn and HubSpot would be a bonus;
  • Excellent attention to detail; and
  • Be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
