Are you an enthusiastic and diligent individual looking to develop your skillset in the evolving and dynamic area of gambling compliance?

You will work closely with a portfolio of gaming clients in our Managed Services environment to assist in a variety of licensing, regulatory, monitoring, and compliance matters. As part of a small but skilled team, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of gaming organisations and develop your skillset in new areas as we continue to enhance our extensive client portfolio.

Duties will include:

  • Managing client relationships and expectations by supporting them on various compliance challenges that they may encounter and meeting their needs with pragmatic solutions
  • Support clients in managing their risk by conducting regular and in-depth risk assessments
  • Provide support across a range of projects including licensing, building robust frameworks, monitoring, regulatory returns and reporting/administration
  • Build strong relationships with a range of intermediaries and regulators to keep up to date with the latest regulatory developments in gambling compliance on the Isle of Man
  • Research and develop materials for use in our client-facing Compliance Academy

You will be an organised individual with experience of working in an administrative environment, with experience in compliance, banking, gaming or similar client-facing role. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good stakeholder management skills
  • A knowledge or understanding of governance and general compliance

No specific knowledge of gaming is required for this role as you will learn on the job, adopting this throughout your exposure to the client base and nature of the work you will carry out.
