Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for supporting clients in achieving their regulatory goals?

We are looking for a client-focused individual to support our gaming team and provide the ongoing consulting work that underpins our key services.

You will work closely with a portfolio of gaming clients in our consultancy environment to assist with a variety of training, regulatory and compliance matters. You will be part of a growing team in a busy, fast-paced department where the delivery of high-quality service and proactive solutions is key.

Duties will include:

• Managing client relationships and expectations by supporting them on various compliance challenges that they may encounter and meeting their needs with pragmatic solutions
• Undertake horizon scanning and support clients to become proactive within the evolving regulatory landscape
• Supporting clients with licensing applications with a focus on UK, Isle of Man and Maltese licences
• Providing support with various project tasks including monitoring, regulatory returns and reporting/administration
• Becoming a subject matter expert of a jurisdiction to undertake research and develop materials for use in our client-facing Compliance Academy

You will be an organised individual, ideally with knowledge of gaming either online or land based and/or have experience or knowledge of B2C or B2B environments working for an operator or supplier. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

• Experience of working in an administrative environment or a similar client-facing role
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good stakeholder management skills
• A knowledge or understanding of the gambling industry
• A good understanding of general compliance
• The ability to demonstrate continued professional development
