As we continue to grow and develop our client base, we are looking for a high-performing, client-focused individual to join our team as Client Manager and help us continue to offer a high level of client services.

Working with our corporate governance team, you will be focused on driving good corporate management and governance practices for our clients, engaging with stakeholders to build a strong, shared culture of responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, identifying opportunities and reacting to challenges with intelligence and insight;
  • Design and implement best-in-class governance frameworks for major international companies serving and protecting millions of players;
  • Have exposure to all areas of international gambling compliance the chance to apply company management and client service skills in a fast-paced and interesting environment.

Culture is everything to us and to achieve success, you will be dedicated, enthusiastic and practical. You will need to be hyper-focused on driving results for clients over both the short and long term. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Extensive people management experience within a corporate services environment;
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a rapport with senior client representatives;
  • The ability to not just organise complex and demanding task flows, but to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to consistently deliver them; and
  • A good understanding of general compliance and bookkeeping methods and standards.

You will work as part of a small but skilled team with the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of gaming organisations and develop your skillset in new areas as we continue to enhance our extensive client portfolio.

Our Isle of Man office 

Our Isle of Man office is located in Clinch’s House on North Quay in Douglas, providing easy access to the town centre where you will find a large choice of eateries and restaurants to enjoy with your department at lunch or after work. Luke is part of our governance team and he is responsible for providing regulatory gaming compliance and corporate governance advice to companies in multiple jurisdictions. 

Vivia Stawna - Senior Governance Executive

Vivia is part of our governance team, responsible for supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions with their day-to-day operational duties and company management.
